Graphic black and white prints are very popular. Well known are the ones by Therese Sennerholt, who also has designed some gorgeous graphic rugs in partnership with A Carpet and NK Interior (see last photo). In this post you can see some examples of prints and how you can display them in your interior. I personally love the ones made by photographer Marjon Hoogervorst. Print ‘Kus je’ (top image) is high on my wish list!

Sheepskin rugs are perfect for creating a cosy winter style home. Mix them with white walls, wood, cow hide rugs and industrial elements for a Scandinavian style decor. Sheepskin rugs are widely available at for example IKEA. But check out specialty stores for a wider choice. Recently openend online store Just Another Shop has some beautiful rugs in their collection (shipping outside The Netherlands is available).

I’m loving Storebror (=Swedish for big brother), a Dutch brand that designs products with a Scandinavian look. It is winter here and although I am a summer person I can enjoy a beautiful crisp winter day. But today is wet, dark and cold, just like most winter days here in The Netherlands. To get a bit of sunshine I composed this post with hints of sunny yellow.
