SOUND ABSORBING CABINETS BY NORM FOR ZILENZIO

Danish studio Norm Architects has designed a new collection of sound-absorbing cabinets for Swedish brand Zilenzio. The cabinets are designed to improve sound and help create a balanced environment in the spaces that matter the most – home offices or co-working spaces, multi-functional, open-plan spaces or hard-working living rooms. Called Tone Cabinets, they’re so smart and discreet that you would hardly know that their primary function was to dampen sound. They come in three different sizes, so can be incorporated into even the smallest of spaces. The beautiful muted colors, such as rusty brown, ochre and blue, were carefully selected by Note Design Studio.

  1. I haven’t heard of sound absorbing cabinets, but they are cool. I love the sleek design.

  2. I love the sleek modern look of these and the soft colors. I imagine they’re also used for storage, though no photos appear to show this. The fabric softens the stark industrial lines. These would compliment any modern or industrial decor. Very nice!
