A LIGHT FILLED HOME IN THE CATSKILLS MOUNTAINS

This lovely light filled home has definitely a Scandinavian feel to it but it is actually located in the Catskills Mountains in New York (USA). It belongs to Jeffrey, who runs J.M. Generals, and Clayton who is an actor working in film, television and theater. I love the sun filled open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is simple yet classic with open shelves which contributes to the airy feel of the roo.

  1. I love how they’ve used chicken wire on their pantry doors – so clever!

Their color palette of blue and neutral shades, in contrast to lots of white, is gorgeous too. It’s making me think that I should consider a similar color palette for the home we are building in Bali, if you’d like to see: http://www.thislifeisbelle.com/home/2017/6/27/design-inspiration-a-villa-in-bali

  2. That home is so cute, I love all the decor.
