A BRIGHT & COLORFUL HOME IN LOS ANGELES

brighthome4

The amount of color in this beautiful Los Angeles home is just right! Owner Heather Taylor, founder of Heather Taylor Home, and her husband Taylor De Cordoba renovated their home, which included expanding and redesigning their kitchen and adding on a nursery. The kitchen cabinets are kept simple and white but the beautiful Moroccan floor tiles and the windows painted in Yves Klein blue give color and lots of character. And I love the bright yellow Dutch door which is framed by beautiful Bougainvillea flowers!

  1. The colour mixing in this house is amazing! Love the way that they’ve managed to bring in a lot of different hues, and make even the small pops (like the windowsill) something that draws the eye towards the light.

  2. That workplace looks amazing. I love how everything is either white, or very colorful, this giving a very strong contrast to the home.

Goes to show that you don’t need a massive home to make a beautiful one. Even a small home can be a far more welcome environment than a mansion with over priced rugs and paintings all over the place.

  3. Wow, seriously interior goals! Beautiful :)) xo Sophia
