A TOUCH OF SOFT PINK

soft-pastels

With a bit of soft pink you can give a warm and feminine touch to your home. I like it best when subtle hints of pink are used through some pink accessories, a single piece of furniture in pink and/or a rug (this one for example) with shades of pink it it. Too much pink can easily be too sweet. At the end of this post you can find some suggestions for pink colored accessories.

  5. I love subtle hints of pink through out a space. It’s feminine yet not too over the top. And that tub! Swooooon!

  6. So cute pics! I love pastel colors :)

  7. Beautiful pics, I am a pink person so love these images. I think any pastel hue is a great way to add a subtle splash of colour to a room without damaging the tranquil qualities that white creates. Pastels just add a bit of warmth and depth to a space and it doesn’t take much – either a feature piece of furniture, a throw, cushions rugs etc.

  8. These rooms are nicely balanced. The pinks are so light and balanced out with whites, greys, blues and rustic elements that the overall effect isn’t overly feminine. Generally it is quite soothing and bright, a very nice decor.
