A NEW YORK FAMILY HOME IN HOLIDAY SPIRIT

dom-1

This is the home of Sacha Dunn who is the cofounder of Common Good, an eco-friendly cleaning-supply company. Sacha lives in this 200 year old cottage in Hillsdale, New York, together with her husband and their two children. The family prefers to keep holiday decorating low-key and focused on traditions. I like that they use a mix mix of precious ornaments that they have collected over the years, including new things the kids have made. Which is what we do here as well.

  1. What a lovely surprise to find a home from Hillsdale on your blog! We enjoy Common Good products in our household here in NY. The bold red plaid blanket with the grays, natural woods, pine, and black is so wonderful- like a cardinal in the winter landscape. Thanks for sharing, I get so may great ideas from your blog.
