AN AMSTERDAM HOME FILLED WITH VINTAGE FINDS

This lovely attic apartment in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is filled with vintage pieces and flea market finds. By keeping the base (walls and floors) white simplicity and unity has been created in the various spaces. Natural tones, sea green and greyish blue are the favorite colors of the owner who lives here with her baby girl. These subtle shades can be found throughout the entire home.

  1. This is exactly the interior style I love…all whites with vintage warm accents!!

  2. I agree, this is a lovely home. White decor sets for a stunning and peaceful ambience, but the rustic style furniture adds necessary warmth and texture making it feel a bit more lived in, it may be a bit stark without. My fav is the bunny on the ladder though :O)

  3. love all those warm weathered woods against the crisp white…such a great balance of new and old.

  4. too gorgeous. and those french bowls!

  5. Love everything in this house! Does anyone know who makes the cool noughts and crosses board shown on the wooden stool?

  6. @ Amy: thanks, it’s my house!
I bought the noughts and crosses board at MUJI.

  7. Thanks @brechtje for letting us know where you bought the noughts and crosses board. You have such a beautiful home!
