I love the look of a modern beach house. With whites and natural materials such as wood and rattan you can create this clean yet cosy style. Of course you have to have the right type of house if you want this style. The gorgeous house in images number 1, 4, 5 and 7 is located in Sydney which is the perfect location for creating a modern beach home.

I love the floors in that bathroom. Could be wood looking tiles, though. It is so hard to find nice flooring for an affordable price. We are currently hunting up and down for new floors.
