When I saw the pictures of this house I knew what it would be one of my favorite posts that I have done in the past 5 years! I just love the style and the setting of this house.
I love every room in this house but the gorgeous outdoor areas are my favorite.
This stylish house is located on the Spanish Island of Formentera and is owned by a lady called Rita.
Wooden kitchen cabinets and white walls: a beautiful combination.
That huge fire place, those beams … everything is just gorgeous!
The use of natural materials and the choice of furniture and accessories suit this house perfectly.
The bedroom (below) is simple but stylish.

I featured this house two years ago but because I really like the rustic style and because I think many of you have not seen it before, I want to show it to you again. It fits perfectly in my series of summer inspired posts!
This lovely house is situated on the Spanish island Formentera. This small island is smaller and less touristy then it’s neighbouring island Ibiza. I once visited Formentera when I was holidaying on Ibiza, and I loved this quiet island.
The images of this gorgeous little house are shot by Jordi Canosa, a photographer from Barcelona, Spain.
There is not much information I can give you about his house, which is owned by a lady named Christina. I love the way it is decorated in a simple but unique style with lots of natural materials and attention for detail.

Spotted on Ibiza and in St. Tropez! This beautiful beach towel is perfect partner to the beach, pool or for a summer party. The towel is double sided: it has a cotton side and a jersey side with a smart pocket for money, phone and/or keys.

Do you have tiles in your bathroom or do you prefer a different coating on your walls? Today’s post features both options! Tadelakt (as used in the image above) is a great if you don’t want to use tiles in your bathroom or kitchen. It is a waterproof lime plaster traditionally used in hammams and bathrooms of the riads in Morocco.
The beautiful shiny tiles in the picture above give a totally different effect and atmosphere (tiles and image from Walker Zanger).

Today I’m loving … these wooden necklaces from Le Voyage Creatif’s etsy shop. The display of the various necklaces, each piece is paired with an equally beautiful nature picture, is simply gorgeous. Everything in this shop is handmade in the designer’s little studio on an island in a Norwegian fjord.
