whale tissue holder

Dispense your facial tissue in style with this lovely handcrafted wooden whale from Etsy shop Gnome Sweeeet Gnome. Each whale is completely hand cut, hand sanded, hand painted, and hand constructed which requires several hours of loving attention per whale. The wood is purchased from a local lumber store who buys directly from sustainable forestry companies in the United States.

a beautiful home in amsterdam

This Dutch home was recently featured in stylish magazine Milk. It belongs to Romy and Ilya, the owners of Dutch kids label Kidsonroof. Together with their three children an their cat they live in this beautiful house in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Each kid has their own room which are filled with designs from Kidsonroof. In the upper left photo you can see the fun Bo Buro, which is a set of a cardboard desk and two stools. The fun part is that kids can decorate the set themselves! The Trojan Horse (a stool and toy) in the image below has a Scandinavian feel. All Kidsonroof products are now available with a 25% discount!

Shannon South from reMade USA has been collecting vintage crochet doilies for several months, with plans to make this pendant lamp. The result is stunning. The shadows that is created on the ceiling and walls are just gorgeous.

The pendant is now also available in the reMade USA shop. Each lamp is made by hand, stitching vintage doilies together, one at a time. Details will always be unique and each is one-of-a-kind.
