Renowned trend forecaster Li Edelkoort and art director Andreas Mavrommatis share a passion for creativity, an extreme sense of perfectionism and generosity when hosting their clients. Together they designed Laurier, a restaurant and shop located in Galeries Lafayette in Paris, France.

Edelkoort and Mavrommatis started designing the space, imagining a shop, decorating their tables and studying new and hybrid menus. They then commissioned I+M architects to design and LCHT architects to construct the space. The result is a gorgeously decorated space with lots of Moroccan touches.

  4. WOW! I really love this!! The beige (or taupe?) cushions on the sofa is actually what i had in mind for my swedish bench. But my mind took off with a lot of other colors as well (army-green and aubergine purple for example). But seeing these photo’s! I want them most definitely being beige!

  5. Thanks for the heads up. This definitely will go onto the “must-see in Paris” list!
