The Ant Chair is a design classic. It was designed in 1952 by Arne Jacobsen for use in the canteen of the Danish pharmaceutical firm Novo Nordisk. The Ant (”Myren” in Danish) was named for its similarity to the outline of an ant with its head raised.

We switched to Dreamhost about 6 months ago and after the initial switch, we have been thrilled with the service! Hang in there and we are sure you will be happy too!

My taste is also very eclectic. Too bad I don’t have these fantastic high ceilings in my house.

do you know where the black floor lamps and steel table lamps are from? I saw them in Vincent Van Duysens house and have not been able to find them. (Not the Jielde lamp on the bookshelf)
