  Soooo envious. I’m moving to Europe for the summer and Istanbul has been high atop my list of places to visit while over there. Hope you’ll post some pictures/thoughts when you return.

  hello! i am LOVING that you are in istanbul right now! i am an american with a best friend in germany {which has a large turkish population} & we are talking of plans to visit istanbul also! i went to marrakesh last summer, too, and can’t wait to come back to that general region of the world. can’t wait to see pics from your visit!

  My daughter wants to leave the Peace Corps early and live in Istanbul to finish her Masters Degree. I am concerned for her safety.
