This chair designed by Jessica Nebel rocks! The Rocking Cube represents more than an ordinary rocking chair. The seat area originates from the formal gesture of pushing the material through the body of the object. The wooden veneer at the inner side of the chair creates warmth and coziness. Foam is used to create softness at the appropriate places. This chair doesn’t only look great but is comfortable as well!

De combinatie van het witte leer met het hout doet me denken aan de Stokke Tok die ik een tijdje geleden heb gezien (niet qua model dus)….Heb jij een goede site/adres waar je (de originele) stoelen als de Stokke Tok of bijv. de Lounge chair van Charles Eames voor een aantrekkelijke prijs kan kopen?

Jeroen, je zou voor de Stokke Tok of Eames Lounge Chair op Marktplaats of Ebay kunnen kijken. Ik zie ze daar weleens voor een leuke prijs voor bij komen. Let wel op, van de Eames Lounge Chairs zijn veel replica’s in omloop. Deze worden soms als origineel verkocht.
